Make Room for Mothers: The Alternative Workforce Is Here
Everything’s Changing
We’re on the cusp of a massive shift in the workforce as we know it. By 2020, 43% of the workforce will be freelance. That’s now.
This is no surprise to you though.
Millennial mothers are leaving the corporate world in a mass exodus in search of a solution to create sustainability and meaning in their home and work life.
Many of us never entered corporate at all — we knew it wasn’t where we wanted to be all along.
So we’ve been working out of our home offices, at our kitchen tables, and on our couches.
When our children come along, we work from our phones with a baby on our boob.
We get it done. We get paid. We do it our way.
And we’re exhausted. Our attention is divided. We forget what it’s like to hold an adult conversation for longer than 60 seconds.
Make Room For Mothers

The alternative workforce is here, and at NurtureHome, we’re making a whole lotta room for moms.
Why co-working spaces exclusively for parents with young children don’t exist in spades already baffles us, so we’re leading the charge into uncharted territory — because that’s what mothers do.
No more loneliness day in and day out.
No more bone tired weeks, months, and years on end.
No more attention that’s more divided than your relative’s politics at holiday dinners.
We are moms making a way for moms (and dads) because we are world changers and we deserve a place where we will thrive.
Pay Up

Why is this important?
It’s important because women only make up 8.1% of top earners in the U.S. and one of the main reasons for this is because 43% of massively qualified women with children leave the workforce to take a break — presumably from being superwoman.
But what if there was a new workplace that existed to serve you and make sure the only breaks you need to take are to the ladies room and out to lunch with your new work besties?
What if you got paid what you deserve because your focus is steady, you’re around other entrepreneurs and freelancers who steadily demand their worth, and there’s no steady guilt over having to choose between your baby and your bank account?
This utopia is coming, New Yorkers.
We launch in 2020. Be on the lookout. Your whole world is about to change!
